The 2019 flash gathering of the global integral community in Europe

	The Integral European Conferences have shifted from being regional conferences to global gatherings of the international integral community. At our events we unpack the full potential of the integral approach to accelerate change in the world. Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory is the shared reference point, and other approaches to integral consciousness are widely welcome.
The IEC Regathering is a short, “flash” event that occurs in the interval between the bigger IECs in 2018 and 2020, to make space for the global integral community to meet sooner than in two years’ time. It is designed to be an intense, highly co-creative forum where participants can evolve without boundaries. A dedicated 150-200 integral people gathering from around the world to discuss what truly matters.
	Three keynote speakers will set the field where, instead of pre-selected presenters, the participants are the experts: offering workshops, discussion forums, presentations, and creative processes from the very heart and real flow of the gathering. You choose what you offer, whom you attract, and what you attend!
The basis of this evolutionary hangout is where the Art of Hosting and Open Space process meet integral. In addition to workshops, forums, and presentations, there will be creative free socializing episodes indoors, outside in nature, and at the spa. Open Space is a self-organizing collective communal practice to create a teal (yellow) level experience and engagement for the participants.

Guidelines

1. Whoever comes is the right person – Not only are experts cool—anyone who is honestly drawn to a subject is a worthwhile participant in the discussion.
2. Whatever happens is the only thing that could have happened – Letting go of expectations and liberating our spirit from the mind’s fixed ideas, we maximize presence and co-creation.
3. Whenever it starts is the right time – Intuitively manage the start of your section in the gathering.
4. When it’s over, it’s over – Flexible time management of the sessions maximizes what emerges from the process.
5. Law of Two Feet – If you are neither learning nor contributing, move to some place more to your liking.
   The founder of Open Space, Harrison Owen, admits “The good news is that it always works, and the bad news is that it always works.”
