Designing For MetaImpact – Using Integral KPI’s to Assess & Increase Your Impact (Munich)

Meta Integral Muenchen

Integral Progress Indicators (KPI’s)

In a world that is rapidly becoming ever more complex at a near exponential rate, never has the measurement of the impact we are having in the world been so important! And yet, never has it been so confusing and overwhelming as to where and how to begin …

Now more than ever before, we have the opportunity to increase our impact beyond the financial growth orientation to work towards a future that supports wholeness and wellbeing in both human and ecological systems.

  • Key Perception Indicators – measuring how minds and hearts transform
  • Key Performance Indicators – measuring how bodies and behavior transform
  • Key Participation Indicator – measuring how relationships and culture transform
  • Key Production Indicators – measuring how environments and systems transform

Learn how to use the MetaImpact Framework and design an integral KPI strategy for your mission-driven organization or project to measure what matters.

The MetaImpact Framework

Esbjoern Hargens MetaCapital FrameworkThe MetaImpact Framework provides an integrated model that works with the relationship between four types of impact, ten types of capital, three types of data, and a quadruple bottom line of People, Profit, Planet, and Purpose. The framework integrates all of these elements into a very intuitive and easily applied approach that allows you to develop an integrated KPI strategy for your organization or project.
